The Regina Fashion Collective: Business Plan Development
We are currently working on a business plan to establish a fashion design cooperative in Regina. This project is being done primarily in partnership with Dean Renwick Design Studios. The Regina Fashion Collective will be housed on the second floor of the Loggie's Building, and is scheduled for a summer 2011 opening. Stay tuned for future announcements!
Loggie's Building: We are currently knee deep in renovations at Loggie's. See the section of our web site dedicated to our building projects.

Saskatchewan Book Awards: We will be facilitating a planning session for the Saskatchewan Book Awards in April 2011.
Fail Safe House Lifting Systems Inc: One of the businesses that Marian has been incubating, Fail Safe House Lifting Systems Inc. has developed a revolutionary house lifting system that will transform the house lifting and moving industry.
Recent Contracts:

We assisted the Filmpool with the development of a new strategic plan, and to that end, facilitated focus groups with past members, current members, and future members.
Canadian Gospel Music Association: Board Development
We worked with the CGMA to develop governance policies and a new operating structure for this 30 year old organization.
SaskCulture: Municipal Cultural Planning Pilot
We were engaged by SaskCulture to undertake municipal cultural planning in the communities of Yorkton, Swift Current, Lumsden and Muskoday First Nation, but eventually focused on a cultural plan for the City of Yorkton, which was delivered in June 2009. The link above will take you to SaskCulture's web site for more information on this process.
SaskMusic: Canadian Music Industry Certificate Program
SaskMusic and the University of Saskatchewan's Centre for Continuing and Distance Education engaged us to write a framework business plan for the establishment of a Canadian Music Industry Certificate Program.
Sakewewak First Nations Artist Collective: Organizational Development
Sakewewak contracted Inner Circle Management in January 2007 to undertake an organizational review and assist in the development of new governance policies for the organization that reflect the best of non-profit governance practices and embrace traditional Aboriginal governance models. This contract led to ongoing work with Sakewewak, including providing production support for their 2008 Storytellers' Festival.
